Frequently Asked Questions

We understand that life happens but are unable to offer refunds of purchases. If you can no longer attend an event please contact us to work with you to transfer your ticket to another event night or keep it on file for a future event, however we will require at least 48 hours notice to accommodate such requests. Please reach out to our team via email. 

Even with careful planning some circumstances are out of our control ( for example weather) requiring us to have to reschedule an event. When this occurs, a new event date will be chosen and your ticket will be automatically be transferred to the new date. If the new date does not work for you, we are more than happy to transfer to a different an exciting event at an alternative date better suited to you. 

There is no guarantee that you will meet a match at our events. We will be happy to host you another time to try again with a discount code that will be sent to you via email on a no match night. 

We try our very best to make sure that this doesn’t occur. Our ticket sales are evenly sold however at times, things out of our control such as event guests not arriving means there could be occasionally uneven numbers.
